ABOUT THE SHOW:

And the center of the world is Harlem-town.

And the center of Harlem is Lenox Ave!

It's the 1920s in Harlem and a Renaissance is upon us. Music, dance, fashion, literature, and the extraordinary Black artists who create them fill Harlem's nightclubs. In 1925, Langston Hughes publishes The Weary Blues, a poetic masterpiece. In Lenox Ave, Orlando-based writer Brandon Martin has set the poetry of Langston Hughes to music. Upon purchasing tickets, you'll be given an exclusive password to spend an evening in a fantastic nightclub during the Harlem Renaissance, where singers and dancers join incredible musicians to give you a night out like no other. Dressed to the nines, guests can purchase signature cocktails, rub elbows with other illustrious patrons, and even venture onto the dance floor.
