Show dates: Thursday, June 6th - Saturday, August 10th

Shows will be Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm with added shows on Thursday and Sunday nights the final two weeks.

Chateau Renaissance will be Friday and Saturday nights at 10:00pm

 ABOUT THE SHOW
 

'24 : This summer. Only in Orlando. Experience '24. It's the roaring twenties again, and there's only one place to go. A secret password grants you admission to the most notorious nightclub in the Southeast. Inside these doors, prohibition is but a memory...music and dancing fill the air...and secrets await. Dress up, step out, and enjoy the show.

Château Renaissance: At the Ren, if you aren't staying for the After-party, you're only getting half the story...stay after the show for *another* one-of-a-kind show, featuring some of Orlando's favorite Drag Queens, dancers, live singers, and a dance floor.

SEEKING:
 

FEMALE PRESENTING CABARET PERFORMER: Seeking strong singer/actor, with an infectious personality. Inspired in part by Texas Guinan (the Queen of the Speakeasies of the 1920s), she is the star performer in the nightclub. Brassy, bold, and in charge, she's the holder of secrets and an entertainer of the highest order.

SPECIALTY ACTS: We are looking for variety in our performances, and are seeking specialty acts. Pitch us on what you do; maybe it can fit in the world we're creating.

MUSICIANS: The live music component is essential to the piece. We're looking for strong players for the House Band, which will consist of a traditional rhythm section (piano/drums/guitar/bass) and also horns and other jazz instrumentalists. '24 will feature original work mixed with some standards. May also be seeking an actor/musician role!

DANCERS: 

For '24, we are seeking 6-10 Dancers, skilled in various styles.

​

For Chateau Renaissance, we are seeking 6-10 Dancers to be in our high-energy after-party that has a focus on Drag Performers. 
 

Please note: While we may allow some dancers to do both, we are likely seeking a different cast of dancers for each show.

HELPFUL INFORMATION: This piece is currently being developed, and will continue to be created with the cast once hired for the production, so there will be an aspect of creative collaboration. This is an immersive experience, so some roles will at the same time perform a character in a plot while also fulfilling some real tasks in the world we're creating (i.e. a cocktail server may serve some customers cocktails while also performing scripted and non-scripted scenes as part of the overarching plot).

TO SUBMIT:

Please submit a headshot, resume, and a video submission demonstrating the skill(s) you are interested in submitting for:

If you are interested in the cabaret performer/singer, please submit a song in the style of the 1920’s.

If you are interested in a dancer role, please send a current dance or performance reel. 

If you are interested in submitting as an actor, please submit a short 1 minute monologue.
Specialty Acts and Musicians we would love to see and hear what you do best and hear/see a performance reel if you have one! 

If you are interested in one or more of the roles, we would like to see any relevant material! 

Please note: For this first round of auditions, please don’t spend too much time creating a new audition piece, especially if the creative and casting team is familiar with your work. Feel free to use an existing reel, as long as you feel it accurately portrays your abilities.
